General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a Functional Analyst / Trainer.
Experience creating Training Slides and content for Software Applications
Experience with delivery of classroom training or other formal presentations, experience with online (virtual classroom) delivery desired
Engage with the customers to understand software system needs and develop requirements for system or application changes.
Develop system use cases to help elaborate on user roles and the functions that perform in their job duties
Leverage experience in customer industry, mission, or area to provide context and help ensure elaboration of problems occur
Apply an open mind set during solutioning sessions
Handles customer interactions with development teams to ensure optimal discussions and outcomes
Require development of slide decks, research on unfamiliar topics, and coordination with subject matter experts to ensure meetings are attended with best fit for purpose
Participate in daily stand-up scrum calls, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Maintain Risk Management Framework (RMF) documents such as Incident Response Plans, Configuration Management Plans, Information System Contingency Plans, and Access Control Plans to ensure they are up to date. This includes working with Government and Contract stakeholders to ensure controls are kept up to date and the latest information and formatting guidelines are included the plans.
Maintain DOD mandated certifications such as Security+ and other common computing environment requirements as provided by the customer- a DoD 8140 certification is required
BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science
3+ years of related experience
Secret Security Clearance
Per DoD 8140 Requirements you must possess one of these Certifications (or higher): Security+ or GSEC
